Frequently Asked Questions

Will the event be taking place in-person or virtual? 
Due to COVID-19, the 2021 Leaders of Today awards will be taking place virtually on Zoom. A Zoom link will be provided to all registered attendees one week prior to the event.

What happened to the "Leader of Tomorrow" portion of the Awards?

Due to the virtual nature of this year's awards, we have scheduled the "Leader of Tomorrow" event celebrating the Graduating Class of 2021 on June 3, 2021. More details will be announced soon and can be found on our webpage here. 

 

Will there be a program book this year for a virtual event?
Yes, an electronic program book will be emailed to all attendees with the Zoom link one week prior to the event. The electronic program book will include tribute ads, awardee highlights, and a salute to the Class of 2021. 

 

Is any portion of the sponsorship and/or attendee ticket tax deductible? 
Yes, a portion of your sponsorship and/or ticket is tax deductible. Please review our sponsorship prospectus that provides more details on the tax deduction amount for each sponsorship level and/or ticket type. The entire amount is not tax deductible as each attendee will be sent an attendee gift as part of the event. If you are not interested in receiving the attendee gift, you can opt out of the attendee gift during the online registration process.

 

When are the program book tributes due and what are the specs?
Tribute ads are due via email to uclahpmaadinner@gmail.com by Friday, May 7, 2021. Accepted file types are jpg, png, tif. Image files should be 300dpi at final size. Full page tributes are 8.5" (w) x 11" (h). Half page tributes are 8.5" (w) x 5.5" (h).
