Do HPM students in the Graduating Class of 2023 get to attend the event for free?

Yes, Class of 2023 Graduates will receive one complimentary registration for this year's Leader of Today Annual Awards. Please email uclahpmaadinner@gmail.com to register.

 

Can HPM students in the Class of 2024 volunteer at the event and attend for free?

Yes, HPM students in the Class of 2024 will receive one complimentary registration for this year's Leader of Today Annual Awards for volunteering a minimum of 3 hours during the event. Please email uclahpmaadinner@gmail.com to register.

Is any portion of the sponsorship and/or attendee ticket tax deductible? 
Yes, a portion of your sponsorship and/or ticket is tax deductible. Please review our sponsorship prospectus which provides details on the tax deduction amount for each sponsorship level and/or ticket type. The entire amount is not tax deductible, as the cost of the dinner meal is not tax deductible.

 

When are the program book tributes due and what are the specs?
Tribute ads are due via email to uclahpmaadinner@gmail.com by Friday, April 14, 2023. Accepted file types are jpg, png, tif. Image files should be 300dpi at final size. Full page tributes are 8.5" (w) x 11" (h). Half page tributes are 8.5" (w) x 5.5" (h).
